Organisation de la formation

Each UE (Unité d'enseignement) can be separately prepared. The degree is awarded when you have obtained a minimum of 10/20 for each UE, including the tutored project.
Note that each UE represents between 20 and 40 hours of teaching, plus evaluation and personal assignments (preparation, exercices and case studies, and other grading).

Training Periods (internships):
At the end of the first semester (UE6).
Minimum: five weeks, but it can be longer. The training period will take place between mid-November and end of January. The training period can be made in France or abroad. It is supervised by a professor. It implies the writing of a training report of 20 to 40 pages (plus annexes).

At the end of the second semester (UE11).
Minimum: five weeks, but it can be longer. The training period will take place between Mid-April and June. The training period can be made in France or abroad. It is supervised by a professor. It implies the writing of a training report of 20 to 40 pages (plus annexes). Ideally, this training period (and the report) is linked with the Tutored Project (separately described). This period is evaluated by a professor and by a manager.

Tutored Project and Dissertation:
As soon as the beginning of the second semester, the student is required to write a note for his/her tutored project. (see precisions below)

The tutored project concerns a mission, project or study, made for a firm or another kind of organization. It is supervised academically. It can be made individually or in groups of two students, with agreement of the firm supervisor as well as the head of the program.
The topic and the concrete modalities of the project must be agreed by the head of the program, who will designate the tutoring supervisor. The project is depicted by a synthetic note (one page) written by the student and submitted to the head of the program through the program secretary.

The project can be (it is recommended) linked with the work activities developed in the firm (or other kind of organization) during the training period. However, this is not an obligation. If the project presents no link with the training period of the second semester, it has to be clearly specified in the presentation note.

Once completed, the project will result in an dissertation, which could be defended in front of a jury. The dissertation is not a simple description: it has to be an analysis, supported by bibliographical references in Administrative Science. These references can be more or less theoretical, depending of the topic and modalities of the project. The supervisor will provide help to elaborate this analysis.

The essay is a written report of 40 to 60 pages (plus annexes). The mission(s) and the organization have to be presented, and a reference to the training report can be made (if pertinent). A theoretical part on the topic is expected.
